When we first heard that Konami was going to put out a classic game collection we were looking forward to playing some great games that we remember and loved playing growing up. When Vol 1 first came out we were so disappointed that it only had three games and one of them is Frogger. We waited for Vol 2. To come out with hope that Konami learned from their mistake and would not only give us more games but better. We are saddened that Konami Classics Vol 2 is even worse than Vol 1. The three games you get are Contra, Rush “N” Attack and Track and Field. Now the one you might see that you could have grown up playing hour after hour is Contra. This unfortunately does not play like the original game, It is a graphic upgrade of the NES classic and does not have the nostalgic memories of the games past. We wanted the old school Nintendo game that we loved. The only good thing is the Konami code still works.

Now we come to Rush “N” Attack and Track and Field and both are a boring waste of time. These games are so bad that it makes us want to read books on the history of cattle feed. Rush ”N” Attack controls are terrible. Why you would go through and upgrade a games graphics and not fix something as simple as being able to move around. You can beat this game in less than ten minutes but it is so boring we don’t know why you would.

Track and Field is even worse than the other two games. This game was bad on the NES back in the 80’s and 90's so why they would include this game is makes no sense.  The controls are sloppy, the game for some reason is insanely hard at times and you don’t even get to try all the events unless you place or win in all of your previous events. All three games are just a giant pointless disappointment.  If you are a classic gamer and you love to play and collect them keep your price under $10.00. What we want is the games to be exactly how they were or a upgraded in a classic way, not a horrible HD remake.
